Reservations:
Contact us via email, fax, or phone. Once we confirm your reservation, we must receive a deposit within 5 business days.

Deposit:
The amount equal to one nights stay. Checks and money orders accepted via mail. Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) and debit cards can be processed over the phone.

Final Payment:
Due upon arrival. We will accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, money orders, debit card or cash. No checks.
Cancellations:
Campsites: Deposits will be refunded minus a $15.00 processing fee if we are notified more than 2 weeks prior to arrival. No refunds for cancellations within 2 weeks of the arrival date.
Rental Units: Deposits will be refunded minus a $25.00/$50.00 (for Holiday & Race weekends) if we are notified more than 2 weeks prior to arrival. No refunds for cancellations within 2 weeks of arrival.
No refund for ‘No Shows’. We will run your credit card for the balance owed.
No refunds will be given for early departures.
